1. Definitions

- “You” refers to the user or customer accessing our website and purchasing our products.
- “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to Mike Pike t/a Art From Cornwall.
2. Products and Orders

- Our website showcases original paintings by Mike Pike.
- All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion.
- We make every effort to ensure that the descriptions and images of our paintings are accurate. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of colours accurately reflects the colours of the painting. Dimension sizes may not be exact (although very close to those stated).
3. Pricing and Payment

- All prices listed on our website are in UK Pounds £.
- Payment for paintings must be made in full at the time of purchase.
- We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice. However, such changes will not affect orders for which payment has already been received.
4. Shipping

- We offer shipping worldwide and estimated shipping costs are provided during checkout. We aim to despatch all orders within the flat fee listed, however, In exceptional circumstances (e.g. where your geographical location has higher delivery costs than usual for your global region) we reserve the right to request a further “top-up” payment to cover this additional expense.
- We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred upon delivery of international orders. These are the responsibility of the buyer.
5. Returns and Refunds

- We want you to be satisfied with your new painting, but if, for some reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return the painting(s) within five days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to this returns policy.
- In the first instance, to initiate a return, please contact us at sales@artfromcornwall.co.uk. This is important, as all returns must be with expressed prior arrangement.
- Paintings must be returned in their original condition and packaging. No refunds can be made if the painting has been damaged in any way.
- Unfortunately, delivery costs are not refundable. Once the painting has been safely returned to us and the condition confirmed as undamaged, then a refund of the purchase price will be made within five days of receipt.

7. Governing Law
